1. Non-Refundable Deposit: I understand that the 25% deposit paid today is non-refundable and is required to secure the event date on the Blissfull Bite calendar. This deposit covers administrative planning and guarantees my time slot.

2. Final Payment: I agree to pay the remaining balance in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date. I understand that failure to pay the balance by this deadline will result in the forfeiture of my date and deposit.

3. Consultation & Adjustments: I agree to schedule and attend a 1:1 Creative Consultation within 3-7 days of booking. I understand that my final invoice will be adjusted after this call to reflect my final flavor selections, guest count, and any applicable travel or labor fees.

4. Travel Fees: I acknowledge that travel is included for the first 25 miles from East Windsor, CT. Any distance exceeding 25 miles will be billed at a rate of $0.75 per mile, calculated and added to my final invoice.

5. Additional Service Time: I understand that the package price covers the agreed-upon service window. Any request for extra time on the day of the event is subject to availability and will be billed at $50 per 30-minute increment.

6. Cottage Food Disclosure: I acknowledge that all products are made in a Cottage Food Operation that is not subject to routine government food safety inspection. I agree to notify my guests of this disclosure and any relevant allergens (Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Soy, Tree Nuts) as listed on the Blissfull Bite menu.

7. Venue Requirements: I agree to provide a flat, level surface and overhead protection (tent or indoor space) for the cart operation.
